Children ages 8 and up are invited unwind and enhance their mental and emotional well-being. Using the tools of movement and mindfulness to find calm, this program offers a quiet moment to balance, stretch and flow. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat! Registration Required. Drop-ins welcome if space allows. Caregivers must remain on library premises.
