Event Details

Please join us for a bit of intellectual socializing as we launch our new Friday Evening Literary Salon series. For this kick-off event, we'll watch a few brief video clips of the late Yale Literature Professor Harold Bloom as he talks about why we should read the "Great Books" and how we should approach them. Judson Scruton and Michael Bellacosa will start a conversation about the Great Books and Bloom and then, over some wine and cheese, we'll continue to talk about these ideas.

Registration is strongly recommended. Register online or call 203-762-6334.

This program is made possible due to the support of the Literary Series in Memory of Amy Quigley.
