Here are the needed ingredients: 1.5 cups flour, 3 TB. sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 cup semi-sweet
chocolate chips, 1/3 cup cream or milk, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1.5 sticks butter
& 1 egg.
