April is Poetry Month and in this 2-part program, children will learn about the importance of Poetry in these difficult times. Starts with a reading of Amanda Gorman's iconic poem "The Hill We Climb" that she wrote for and read at the 2021 Inauguration followed by a discussion. The second part of the program will feature women poets of the Harlem Renaissance. Copies of the poems will be given out to registrants at the Drive-Thru Window.
